Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Walnut Lens Chrome extension and associated services ("the Service") operated by Pauli Walnuts, The Walnut Trading Company ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Walnut Lens is a Chrome browser extension that overlays trading analytics data, including gamma exposure (GEX) levels, volume blocks, zone shading, expected move bands, and news feeds, onto TradingView charts. The data is derived from options chain analysis and is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Not Financial Advice

The overlays, levels, indicators, briefings, and all other data provided by Walnut Lens are strictly informational. They do not constitute financial advice, trading recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We are not liable for any losses incurred from trading activity.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial of premium features upon sign-up. One trial per email address and per network. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time. When a trial ends, premium features require a paid subscription.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Each feature (Blocks, GEX, News & Pulse, Magic Box) is a separate subscription. You may subscribe to multiple features independently.
• Cadence tiers (15 min, 5 min, 1 min) determine how frequently overlay data refreshes.
• You can cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Account & Device Limits

• Each account is identified by an email address.
• Each account may be used on a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously.
• You are responsible for keeping your email access secure. We authenticate via one-time passcodes sent to your email.

6. Acceptable Use

• The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or republish the overlay data.
• You may not reverse-engineer the extension or its API endpoints.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from the Service.

7. Availability

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (AWS, TradingView, Stripe) and may be affected by their availability.

8. Data Accuracy

Overlay data is derived from options chain analysis and may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. The data should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading decision. Past patterns do not guarantee future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
